This is a methode traditionelle sparkling blended from handpicked pinot noir and chardonnay grapes grown at Parkside. Picked in 2014 it has been on lees for more than 6 years with the current disgorge bottled in October 2021.
With a delicate golden pink hue, flavours of strawberry and rose water tickle your palate as the freshness of the chardonnay carries the flavour and bubbles through to a crisp, brut finish. A wonderful start to any occaision!
