2015 Chardonnay Pinot Noir - $32
This 2015 vintage is our newest offering from a lineage of trophy winning vintages...
It is a methode traditionelle sparkling blended from handpicked chardonnay (50%) and pinot noir (50%) grapes grown at Parkside during the 2015 vintage season. Aged on lees for at least 48 months it was disgorged in October 2019.
Flavours of citrus, baked apple and hazelnut merge with a creamy, brioche texture. Chardonnay offers purity and length to the palate while lingering pinot flavours carry to a long, brut finish. This classic aperitif Sparkling shows finesse, elegance and a persistent creamy bead.
2014 Rosé
This is our newest Sparkling Rosé following several sell-out previous vintages
It is a methode traditionelle sparkling blended from handpicked pinot noir and chardonnay grapes grown at Parkside. Picked in 2014 it has been on lees for more than 70 months and this first batch was disgorged in August 2020.
With a wonderful soft pink hue, flavours of strawberry and rose water tickle your palate as the freshness of the chardonnay carries the flavour and bubbles through to a crisp, brut finish. A wonderful start to any occaision!
2019 Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc
ts new, its cheeky and its unique. An elegant sparkling wine that comes to life with bright, zesty flavors of white peach and citrus. If you like a Prosecco style sparkling then this is for you - its bubbly, delicate and very refreshing.
Made with Méthode Traditionnelle techniques and about 15 months on lees, it is slightly dry on the palate with flavours that linger right to the end of the bottle!! It will be the perfect celebratory wine or simply as a reason to reach for a bubbles any day of the week
