85% Chardonnay | 15% Pinot Noir
Elegant, crisp and beautifully expressive, this vintage sparkling is crafted in the traditional method and aged on lees for added complexity. It opens with vibrant aromas of lemon zest, green apple, and citrus blossom, layered with hints of freshly baked brioche.
The palate is fine and lively, with a creamy mousse and bright acidity carrying notes of white peach, grapefruit and lemon curd. A refreshing, dry finish and mineral edge make it the perfect aperitif.

A Three Tail Sparkling: This sparkling is one of the "Three Tails" collection. It is named after the Irish member of our cavalry, Surface Tension. The son of the famous Irish racehorse Galileo, Surf Man as we call him, is teasing, mishievous and charming - a perfect ambassodor for this sparkling.
