Awarded the The Trophy for the Best Wine in Show and Best Sparkling Wine at the 2025 Daylesford Wine Show, it displays a vibrant nose of citrus zest, toasted brioche, and nougat. The palate is fresh and refined, with notes of green apple and pistachio carried by a fine, persistent bead and bright acidity.
Recently disgorged in September 2024, it will continue to evolve beautifully with further time under cork.

A Three Tail Sparkling: This sparkling is one of the "Three Tails" collection. It is named after our horseracing champion, Tokugawa, who retired in 2014. Tokugawa, or Toki as we call him, is the son of the dual hemisphere wining thoroughbred race horse, Choisir. Choisir was the first Australian trained winner of the Golden Jubilee stakes at Royal Ascot, UK
