Crafted from handpicked Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grown at Parkside, this méthode traditionnelle brut sparkling was aged on lees for six and a half years before disgorgement in September 2023.
The bouquet opens with delicate aromas of peach and citrus, leading to flavours of baked green apple, lemon zest and almond pastry on the palate. Elegant and refined, it displays classic aperitif style with finesse, balance and a persistent, velvety bead.
